Si eres amante de la comida como yo, te debe haber sucedido como a mi que cuando sacas la ropa de verano te das con la sorpresa que algunas prendas no te quedan bien o están ajustadas, ¡Si! hace poco me sucedió de nuevo, lo que yo hago es comenzar desde setiembre con comidas balanceadas, controlar las grasas y harinas sobretodo, aumentar las ensaladas y por supuesto acompañada de una rutina de ejercicios, así podré ver los resultados para cuando llegue el verano .

Tengo un tablero en Pinterest llamado Comida de mi país (Food of my country), donde comparto las comidas que preparo en esta temporada,  pienso que comer sano ¡También puede ser delicioso! allí también encontraran algunas fotos de comidas tradicionales en mi país, aquí la comida es muy deliciosa y puedes subir de peso fácilmente con tantos manjares, espero que me sigan, si tienen Pinterest avísenme y las sigo también :)

Estas son las novedades que aterrizaron hoy en mi ropero, y digo aterrizaron por que vinieron del otro lado del mundo, gracias a una compra online que realice por vez primera (¡Ya era tiempo!).  Estoy satisfecha con las prendas que elegí, tienen buenos acabados y la calidad esta acorde con los precios que pagué, hice mi compra la primera semana de setiembre en la tienda online Sammy Dress, ahora que le perdí el miedo a las compras online ya les iré contando mis nuevas experiencias de compra. Lo que pedí fue un shorts de crochet negro, venía en una sola talla y me queda un poco ajustado así que pondré en practica mis conocimientos de costura para hacerle una variación, un "skort" en color blanco, me pedí en talla L y me quedo bien, y la camisa de denim en color celeste, también en talla L (aquí en Lima soy M) como ven las tallas son pequeñas así que mejor pedir una mayor que la que te corresponde.

La moda sorprende y evoluciona constantemente, cuando pienso que ya nada me sorprenderá aparece algo nuevo que captura nuevamente mi atención y es lo que me ha sucedido con esta propuesta llamada "Holograma".

Algunas marcas como Blumarine, Burberry Prorsum, Jonathan Saunders y Stella Mc Cartney, presentaron colecciones basadas en esta propuesta, llevarla en prendas me parece una audacia sobre todo aquí en Lima donde las personas aun voltean a mirarte cuando llevas algo "diferente",  sin embargo una buena alternativa son los complementos que combinados con prendas de colores neutros pueden verse muy chic. Esta es mi selección de lo que yo pienso podría llevar sin reparos, espero las tiendas locales saquen algo inspirado en esta tendencia. ¿Que les parece? ¿Se quedan con algo de esta propuesta?

Fashion is constantly evolving and when I think that nothing will surprise me appears again something new to capture my attention and that is what has happened to me with this proposal called "Hologram".

Setiembre suele ser un mes complicado para mi sobre todo desde que mis niños están en la escuela ya que se programan muchas actividades en este mes, a pesar de ello intento hacer un espacio para poder actualizar mi blog, algunas personas me preguntan ¿como hago para hacer tantas cosas a la vez? Ni yo misma lo se!! pero si puedo decir que no es fácil con tantas obligaciones de por medio, pero cuando algo me gusta encuentro la forma de hacerlo. ¿Ustedes como lo hacen?

 El look de hoy es otra manera en que suelo combinar estos leggings camuflados, blusa blanca  y botines . ¿Que les parece?

September is usually a complicated month for me especially since my kids are in school and many activities are scheduled this month, nevertheless attempt to make a space to update my blog, some people ask me how do I do so many things at once? Even I know!! but if I can say it is not easy with so many obligations involved, but when something like find the way to do it. Do you like they do?
