Look de cumpleaños

El mes de Julio se me ha pasado volando que ni tiempo me ha dado de actualizar el blog, ando más activa por instagram ultimamente, pero espero poder subir entradas más seguido por el blog, he estado inmersa en mis actividades personales, Julio suele ser un mes caótico porque siempre hay cosas por hacer, además de las Fiestas Patrias, las vacaciones de medio año y los muchos cumpleaños que hay en mi familia, incluyendo el mio.

The month of July has flown by and I haven't even had time to update the blog. I've been more active on Instagram lately, but I hope to be able to upload entries more often on the blog. I've been immersed in my personal activities. July is usually a chaotic month because there are always things to do, in addition to the Fiestas Patrias, the mid-year vacations and the many birthdays in my family, including mine.

Julio me recuerda un poco a Diciembre, por eso es uno de mis meses favoritos del año, siempre hay algo por hacer. El clima ha estado más frío que de costumbre por aquí y por eso este año he incorporado algunos nuevos tejidos a mi guardarropa que me mantengan protegida de las bajas temperaturas, así que para mi cumpleaños opté por una cafarena negra, botas altas y una falda con textura de pata de gallo, ideal para los meses fríos.

July reminds me a bit of December, which is why it is one of my favorite months of the year, there is always something to do. The weather has been colder than usual here and that's why this year I have incorporated some new fabrics to my wardrobe that keep me protected from the low temperatures, so for my birthday I opted for a black cape, high boots and a skirt with a houndstooth texture, ideal for the cold months.

En mi cumpleaños tuve una reunión íntima donde pude compartir esta deliciosa torta y pasar un momento ameno junto a mis seres queridos, cuando era más joven solía irme a bailar con mis amigos pero ultimamente ya no me apetece celebrarlo así, me estoy haciendo mayor y a veces los gustos también cambian, creo que a lo largo del tiempo seguimos cambiando según vamos experimentando en el camino de la vida.

On my birthday I had an intimate gathering where I was able to share this delicious cake and spend a pleasant time with my loved ones. When I was younger I used to go dancing with my friends but lately I don't feel like celebrating like that anymore. I'm getting older and sometimes tastes change too. I think that over time we continue to change as we experience life.

Las experiencias vividas de cierto modo van moldeando la forma en la que queremos seguir nuestro camino de vida. Ahora me siento bien en la intimidad de mi hogar sin tanto alboroto. Disfruto de las cosas sencillas, no me agobio por lo que puedan pensar los demás, estoy priorizando mi salud mental desde que descubrí que soy PAS (persona altamente sensible) cuido mi entorno y mis relaciones interpersonales todo lo que me traiga bienestar y paz es bienvenido a mi vida. Les iré contando sobre esto en próximas entradas.

The experiences we live through in a certain way shape the way we want to follow our life path. Now I feel good in the privacy of my home without so much fuss. I enjoy the simple things, I don't worry about what others might think. I've been prioritizing my mental health since I discovered that I'm HSP (Highly sensitive person) . I take care of my environment and my interpersonal relationships. Everything that brings me well-being and peace is welcome in my life. I'll tell you about this in future posts.
