La alimentación saludable y consciente es importante para poder tener un buen rendimiento a lo largo de mi rutina diaria, hace unos meses empecé a hacer cambios en mi alimentación, ya que con el paso de los años el metabolismo se va haciendo más lento y la digestión necesita alimentación más ligera para que el proceso sea óptimo.

He aprendido a preparar queques con avena, un ingrediente que no falta en casa y ahora que la temperatura ha bajado en donde vivo vienen bien para acompañar a la hora del lonche.
La alimentación consciente es un paso necesario para el bienestar, es una rutina integral que abarca cuerpo, mente y alma, ya que al ponerla en práctica tomamos en cuenta cómo nos nutrimos, ponemos atención no solo en los alimentos que llevamos a nuestro cuerpo, sino también nos fijamos en los ingredientes, si son los adecuados para el buen funcionamiento de nuestro organismo.
Antes por estar siempre pendiente de mis responsabilidades no ponía atención a esos detalles, ahora pongo mas atención no solo a lo que me nutre, sino también aprendo a seleccionar de manera consciente los alimentos que me benefician a mi y a mis seres queridos.

We pay attention not only to the foods we put into our bodies, but also to the ingredients, ensuring they are suitable for the proper functioning of our body.
Before, because I was always mindful of my responsibilities, I didn't pay attention to those details. Now, I pay more attention not only to what nourishes me, but I'm also learning to consciously select foods that benefit me and my loved ones.
Para preparar este queque de avena he usado los siguientes ingredientes:
- 400 grs. de avena o harina de avena
- 100 grs. de harina (opcional)
- 1 zanahoria rallada grande
- 2 manzanas medianas ralladas
- 2 huevos
- 1 vaso mediano de leche
- Azúcar rubia o algarrobina al gusto
- 100 grs. de pasas
- 1 cucharadita de polvo de hornear
- 1 cucharadita de canela en polvo
Preparación:
Agregar en un bowl la avena y mezclar con la zanahoria y manzanas ralladas, agregar las yemas y las claras, integrar todo los ingredientes hasta conseguir una mezcla homogénea, agregar las pasas, la algarrobina, el polvo de hornear y la canela en polvo.

To make this oatmeal cake, I used the following ingredients:
- 400 grams of oatmeal or oat flour
- 100 grams of flour (optional)
- 1 large grated carrot
- 2 medium grated apples
- 2 eggs
- 1 medium glass of milk
- Brown sugar or carob sugar to taste

Preparation:
Add the oats to a bowl and mix with the grated carrots and apples. Add the egg yolks and egg whites. Blend all ingredients until smooth. Add the raisins, carob powder, baking powder, and ground cinnamon.
🍞 Pre calienta el horno, agregar la mezcla al molde y llevar al horno por 50 minutos. Dejar enfriar antes de desmoldar. Disfruta de este Keke sin remordimiento pues es bajo en carbohidratos. 👌🏼

ResponderEliminarYou're absolutely right, as we get older we have to be more careful about what we eat. With age, I've developed food allergies, so now I can only eat certain foods. That cake would be bad for me! I can't eat oats! But I think it's a healthy recipe for those who don't suffer from food intolerances! Have a great weekend!

It's so true that mindful eating is a necessary step for wellbeing because everything we eat will show up on our face or impact our health in some way. This recipe sounds so wholesome and I like that it doesn't need a lot of sugar. I gave up processed sugar many years and I swear it is my best low key anti-aging secret.
