Last Sunday was conducted Race and Walk for the Fight Against Breast Cancer organized by Avon, an event that brought together thousands of participants and whose funds are to combat this disease that turns the life of one woman every 6 minutes, thereby closed the crusade "a Tie for Life" 2014 October is aimed at fighting breast cancer and many companies join this noble cause by organizing various initiatives in Peru Avon has been making the trek and raising funds for 10 years for the Peruvian League Against Cancer ago if you are already a part of this cause or would like to take part in the next race, I have a few tips for better running performance provided by Avon.

1.-Use appropriate footwear to go running:
Try to choose a store where they can advise on the best running shoes, which you can also find out if pronator, supinator or neutral footprint. With proper footwear will avoid much of the physical discomfort that can result from running.

2. Wear comfortable clothing:
We must look comfortable clothing and try that are not 100% cotton, since this material retains sweat and causes abrasions and even sores. Natural fibers such as bamboo and synthetic like polyester or lycra are ideal.

3. Make a routine:
Choose a plan, especially if we have a sedentary lifestyle or do not practice much sport, makes necessary. We should start making plans to mix running with walking. For example, one minute and five foot run, and increase progressively reducing time gait walking.

4. Get used to the rhythm:
Acclimate to exercise is an essential step. It should start slowly, to allow the muscles to adapt, but often feel cramps, especially in the calves.

5.-Eating right:
Eating: How and when? It's probably one of the most common questions. Ideally, eat half an hour before performing the exercise, between 200 and 400 calories from complex carbohydrates and a little protein. Good examples are yogurt with granola, an English muffin with peanut butter or half a sandwich and a banana. We also eat some carbohydrates at 40 minutes after completion of the exercise.

6. Good hydration:
We hydrate before and during exercise. It is recommended to add a sports drink to restore lost electrolytes.

7.- Warming:
Warm up by stretching is important to prevent injury. With just five minutes we relieve the stiff feel. Another must do much more to end as well as a little relaxation.

8.- Understanding the body:
We probably sore muscles, but if you feel pain in the spine, hip or other, it is important to slow down, use anti-inflammatories and rest.

9.- closing:
Rest gives the body time to rebuild and recover after a workout. If we do not, we will feel bad the next time we go to exercise ourselves.
