Buffalo Chicken

Hello dear readers, I hope you enjoyed the weekend and starting this new fully refurbished in summer feel the need to eat light, I do not want to eat heavy meals or stews very seasoned perhaps effects of the heat, it makes me very fruit juices, salads, using the internet I found a place where I find easy, tasty and low calorie recipes, this is called Stuffed Buffalo Chicken Breast, can see the recipe here.

Ingredientes:

1 pechuga de pollo
1 cebolla mediana picada en cuadritos
3 ramas de apio picado
2 zanahorias pequeñas rayadas
1 cucharada de mayonesa
1 limón
10 galletas Ritz molidas
Queso chedar (yo use queso fundido)
Sal y pimienta al gusto.

----

Ingredients:

1 chicken breast
1 medium onion, diced
3 sticks celery, chopped
2 small shredded carrots
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 lemon
10 crushed Ritz crackers
Cheddar cheese (I use melted cheese)
Salt and pepper to taste.

Preparation:
Cut the chicken breast fillets, combine onion, celery and carrots and season with salt and pepper to taste, add the cheese and mix all the ingredients, place the stuffing in the breast, roll up and place fold down.

In a mixing bowl mix one tablespoon of mayonnaise with the juice of a lemon, bathes breast with this mixture and then add the crushed Ritz cracker, place the chicken in a baking dish, previously sprayed with oil. The oven must be switched on and heating to 400 degrees, cook for 30 minutes, serve with plenty of salad, and enjoy.I recommend to visit this website where you will find tasty low-calorie recipes!
